Hand Over Heart Foundation exists to serve children, veterans, and first responders by creating meaningful experiences, practical support, and a sense of hope for the future. Everything we do is designed to give those we serve something positive to look forward to.

Children deserve opportunities to build confidence, connection, and lasting memories. Veterans and first responders deserve to be supported, respected, and never forgotten once their service is complete.

Our Structure

Hand Over Heart Foundation is a program of The Holman Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This structure allows us to operate with transparency, accountability, and compliance while focusing our public-facing work through the Hand Over Heart mission.
